AIB resident baking course or other professional certificate. Degree in baking/food/milling science or related field preferred. Five years experience in the baking industry. Experience as a trainer preferred. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, excellent oral communication, organizational, and hands-on baking skills, and ability to work with little supervision. Must be capable of passing RBA Master Baker exam. Language skills such as Spanish of French a plus.
