- MS or PhD in microbiology and food safety or related field, 5 years related experience. Must possess skill in oral and written communications, ability to organize and prioritize projects, work independently, deliver training materials in formal and informal settings, have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products for development, delivery, and communication of training programs. Must be physically able to safely ascend to heights, be able to bend, crawl and move safely and freely around machinery and building without assistance. Must have eyesight or corrected eyesight to safely work around and inspect equipment, and prepare inspection notes and reports without assistance. Requires extensive travel of relative short duration anywhere in the world and the ability to work under difficult conditions in diverse cultural and physical environments.

Assist with development and execution of training programs. Develop and continuously improve programs by reviewing and revising reference materials pertinent to microbiology, GMP, HACCP, and quality. Assist with development and presentation of custom training for staff and clients.
