Responsible for:
On-site changes to projects and minor modifications
CAD drawings and layouts
Contractor quotes and selection
Project design
Activities of the Maintenance, Engineering, Utility (through subordinate manager) and Waste Water departments. Approximately 15 management employees and 70 hourly technicians reporting through subordinate staff and 3 direct reports to the individual occupying this position.
Job Requirements
Project Development in the environmental, processing and wastewater areas.
Project Management: Scheduling and Reviewing .
Responsible for developing and maintaining process flow diagrams and AutoCAD drawings for all of the wastewater plants.
Provide technical and engineering services to the processing and wastewater facilities.
Provide technical engineering services on the environmental side for all facilities (troubleshooting and compliance).
Provide environmental engineering assistance to the Environmental Manager.
Energy conservation and management technologies and programs throughout the Company.
Necessary Skills
B.S. Degree in Agricultural, Civil, Chemical and/or Mechanical Engineering
5-7 year’s experience in field
Proficient in AutoCAD
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication/ interpersonal skill
Thorough knowledge of the poultry industry and environmental regulations
