Job Description
¨ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or an Engineering Discipline
¨ 5 plus years in a technical role (Manufacturing, Process Technology, Process Innovation)
¨ Strong Process Engineering background in a high-speed CPG environment
¨ Stable & Progressive work history
¨ Strong understanding & implementation of Lean Manufacturing tool (TPM, Six Sigma)
¨ Define the scope for innovation delivery across multiple sourcing locations
¨ Define and specify the best process and packaging technology for the Product Group
¨ Lead the design for manufacture assessments for all new innovations

¨ Develop technical solutions for chronic quality and reliability issues across multiple sites and Co packers
¨ Work across multiple business functions as Supply Chain’s technical voice – Development,
¨ Manufacturing, Finance, Regional/Local Planning and Supply Management – to develop total network solutions
¨ Technical voice in a globally driven technology and innovation projects.
¨ Guarantee that innovation projects are implemented with the highest quality standards.
¨ Develop and agree scope and specification for innovation (Global and Regional), Value
¨ Improvement Projects, SC Security and sourcing projects.
¨ Manage implementation of innovation and engineering projects across the NA PCL network.
¨ Work together with Procurement teams to manage Equipment Suppliers for purchases of equipment and services.
¨ Interact with Plant Engineering teams, Supply Leaders, Engineering Directors &
¨ Development Engineers, Finance, SC Planning and Innovation Managers, Supply Management.
¨ Chemical Engineering / Process Technology experience
¨ Technical problem solving & trouble shooting
¨ Strong Engineering skills required
¨ Project Management skills, including EPM, EEM and HAZOPs management
¨ Control of Capex and Cash Flow
¨ Quality expertise to implement innovation Projects
