- Possess understanding and knowledge of MEM processes including warehouse operations, parts replenishment, equipment moves and service and repair.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Access, Word and Power Point is required.
- Experience with CETS, VMMS, APS and Horizons a plus
- Analytical and problem solving skills, with strong understanding of budgets
- Demonstrated process management and leadership skills in a team-based environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Aware of general beverage industry fundamentals
- 3 - 5 years experience in inventory control
- Bachelors degree preferred

This position is primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the Main Parts Room (MPR) supporting the North Business Unit Marketing Equipment Management (MEM) shops, Refurb Center, field technicians and install teams supplying them with parts and maintaining inventories.
Achieve MPR process and productivity key performance indicators, KPIs; parts availability, inventory accuracy, leading people and deliver financial and operational business results.
