HVAC Certification and previous management experience preferred. MUST have an excellent driving record.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree preferred / Min. 3 yrs experience in ice business or related food production industry. Must have valid driver’s license & good driving record – will be required to use company vehicle at times. Prefer previous refrigeration experience. HVAC certification preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Minimal Travel. Must be able to lift 40lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Works for Plant Manager overseeing daily merchandising, service, and installation of Ice Factories within plant area. Manages the delivery of Ice Factory bags.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Hire and train all employees, inter-company employees, and sub-contractors on proper ISB procedures and job descriptions.
2. Confirm all employees at work assignments.
3. Confirm all sub-contractors for district at work assignments.
4. Dispatch service calls or assign dispatch to supervisor.
5. Complete service report cards for NSC.
6. Complete payroll for district.
- Forward weekly production numbers to accounting.
- Order bag invoices for stores and maintain records.
- Approve all district expense reports and sub-contract invoices.
- Manage all district back-up delivery requests and complete report.
- Maintain district individual store files and records.
- Implement and maintain all vehicle maintenance logs.
- Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.
