MAINTENANCE STOREROOM SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
•Accountable for organizing and issuing parts and materials for maintenance work orders and production needs
•Maintains liaison and coordination between the vendors and service organizations
•Maintains appropriate records and files
•Ensure solid storeroom processes are in place and followed.
•Responsible for direct supervision of parts room clerks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
•Bachelors degree or related experience
•3-5 yrs of supervisory experience
•Microsoft application experience, SAP preferred
•Ability to work nights and weekends
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
•Advanced experience with a CMMS system, SAP is a plus
•Strong knowledge of storeroom best practices
•Ability to effectively train team members
•Effective coach/mentor
•Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
•Ability to drive change through influencing others that do not directly report into position
