- Qualifications / Skills Required 1) Experience in mixers, formers, freezers, hi-speed, wrappers and cartoners 2) Experience in motion-control software and hardware, metal detectors, checkweighers, forklife, ammonia, freon, refrigeration, electrical controls and hydraulics 3) Experience in supervising 4 salaried and 15 hourly staff 4) Spanish (preferred) 5) Experience in handling project management, budgeting, continous improvement, six sigma and preventative maintenance planning 6) Ability to manage and build a team
