West Liberty Foods is currently seeking a Master Scheduler to work out of the West Liberty, Iowa facility. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining long range master production schedules, sales forecasts, capacity plans, and raw material usage forecasts. The Master Scheduler will also be responsible for the daily scheduling, and material ordering for all WLF IQF lines. This position will also be responsible for updating and maintaining several daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Scheduling Department.
Essential Job Functions
- Create and maintain long range forecasts for raw material needs
- Create and maintain long range capacity plans and identify areas of concern
- Monitor and report actual performance of all forecasts and plans
- Responsible for maintaining and updating promotion calendars
- Update and Distribute Various Daily and Weekly Sales and Inventory Reports
- Update and Distribute Various KPI’s for the Scheduling Department
- Manage all IQF Finished Goods Inventories
- Schedule Production on all company IQF Lines
- Manage IQF raw materials inventory level and shelf life
- Create and maintain long range sales forecasts and master production schedules for all finished items
- Order raw materials, ingredients, and supplies for IQF Lines
- Cover daily duties while Materials Coordinators are out of the office
- All other duties as assigned
