The Minimum Requirements:
· At least 10 - 15 years experience in Manufacturing/Plastics/Food and/or Beverage industry or related field with 7 -10 years experience working in a leadership level.
· Bachelor’s Degree required. Disciplines in Technical, Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing fields strongly preferred.
· Graduate degree preferred.

Job Description
The Opportunity Snapshot:
What’s great about being a Plant Director for Niagara? This position provides you the opportunity to do all that motivates you in the world of manufacturing: developing and implementing processes, strategizing initiatives, programs and policies, and continuously improving operational performance. You’ll develop leaders to coach, train and manage performance for the growth of Niagara’s team members and create a positive climate where team members want to do their best.
- Responsible for plant production goals.
- Responsible for product quality control for the plant.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.
- Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
- Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
- Ensure routine plant maintenance is up to date and safe for employees in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.
- Attend corporate trainings and meetings.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
