    The Minimum Requirements:

    ·         At least 10 - 15 years experience in Manufacturing/Plastics/Food and/or Beverage industry or related field with 7 -10 years experience working in a leadership level. 

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree required.  Disciplines in Technical, Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing fields strongly preferred. 

    ·         Graduate degree preferred.

    To be successful in this role you will need to work with and influence individuals throughout the organization without direct authority.  To excel, you will need to utilize your leadership skills to support the company’s business growth. You also need the ability to lead by example and work with manufacturing teams on the production floor to develop and maintain relationships. You will achieve your manufacturing KPI including safety, OIR, OEE, compliance, productivity goals and cost as a team leader, while keeping the Corporate and other stakeholders informed.
