General Summary:
The Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by ensuring the availability of product to meet customer needs and improve productivity. The PAS is responsible for developingtrained and capable front line union employees.The PAS will work a Monday - Friday, swing shift; flexible - approximately 10:00/1:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Understands and transfers warehouse operations knowledge to others including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement and Department Of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Understands and achieves performance standards including Good Manufacturing Practices, safety and regulatory management
- Aligns team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives
- Develops others by training frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of work experience in warehousing required
- 2+ years work experience in a supervisory position required
- Experience in consumer package products or similar industry preferred
- Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
