Stevison Ham Company was started in 1947 and has worked with some of the largest food manufacturers, national restaurant chains, foodservice distributors and retail stores in the world throughout its history. We are looking for a production planner. Below is a list of requirements for the job. Depending on the candidate’s experience level, the salary will generate between 50 and 70k per year before bonus. Currently we pay 100% of medical and dental insurance. We also have a retirement plan that is company matched.
· Manage the production schedule for the plant
· Develop and maintain the production planning program.
· Analyze production schedule for efficiencies
· Work with shipping to improve and maintain on-time shipments
· Maintain a high level of fill rate for all products and customers
· Work with supervisors to improve efficiencies through the departments
· Work with BRC & QA Staff to analyze quality and production programs
