Requirements
- A high school diploma is required
- Four year degree in a related field or 2-5 years supervisory experience is required
- Teamwork, communication skills and coaching required
- Food processing/manufacturing experience is required
- Deboning experience preferred
- Must be able to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift
- Bilingual in English with Spanish, Laotian, or Vietnamese is highly sought after
- Must be able to work seven days a week and long hours when needed

Responsibilities include the day-to-day manufacturing operations in our Debone Department. Successful candidate will have drive to achieve productivity, efficiency, cost, quality and safety objectives through both individual and team contributions. Provides direction, leadership, development, training and support to direct reports through empowerment and teamwork. Insures all department activities adhere to company policies, procedures and philosophies. Incumbent should also have the ability to set and achieve personal and team goals.
