SUMMARY OF POSITION:

PBC, a division of PepsiCo, includes such businesses as Gatorade, CSD’s, SoBe, Propel, Lipton Tea and other beverages. We are building and executing World Class systems and processes. We have an immediate opening for a site Operations FLL (Front Line Leader)at our Tolleson Gatorade facility which manufactures Gatorade, Propel, Sobe, and Lipton Tea products.

The Operations FLL is accountable for all day to day operations within the plant. This includes performance management of productivity, customer service, HSE, and quality. Responsibilities also include management of the daily schedule, staffing levels, and consistent application of contract and supervisors handbook. Other key deliverables include ensuring HSE, Quality and Financial Controls program execution and compliance, maintaining positive employee relations, and a positive union free work environment.< br />
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Functional Areas

1. Overall productivity management of the Operations/Production.

2. Accountability for hourly staffing levels

3. Overall management of the employees on the lines as designated.

4. Maintain accountability of employees schedule, line coverage and correct work hours

5. Sanitation responsibilities for the areas and lines as designated

6. Reconciliation of the materials used and product produced on your lines on your shift.

7. Ensure all material usage sheets and certificate of destruction's are completed

8. KPI tracking for safety, quality, cost and TE performance on your lines

9. Completion of assigned TPM roles and activities

10. Facilitate line-troubleshooting activities for issues on your lines.

11. Understand and have the ability to properly operate the equipment on your lines

12. Support other shifts as needed to support the 7 day work schedule

13. 5S responsibilities for your work areas.

14. Support new materials and product testing on the shift

15. Ensure SOPs are current and are being followed for activities on your lines.

16. Work with the maintenance team to track and prioritize maintenance work items on your lines

17. Understand proper line sanitation and change over procedures.

18. Support the materials department by proper documentation, FIFO usage, correct material returns to staging areas and preparation for inventories as needed.
