• Must be HACCP Certified
• Minimum Four years Supervisory/Management experience
• Experience with cooked meat products/Ready To Eat
• Proficient with GMP, HACCP, Allergen programs, labeling
• History of interaction w/Customer & Consumers on Complaints
• Assigning duties for QA Supervisor & technicians
• Facility spokesperson for on-site USDA
• Ensuring Food Safety, Security, and Quality
• Providing Food Safety Training and Education
• Facility contact for 3rd party audits during inspections and reviews of the plant
• Facilitator in the development of the attainment and certification of BRC in connection with the Global Food Safety Initiative
• Ensuring facility is in compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Laws, and Guidelines
