Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide leadership, development, and support to team members under the guidance of the Company Management and Leadership Principles.
• Quality Assurance liaison to the production facility
• Development and implementation of quality systems and programs
• Attend Daily Operational Reviews (DORs) for applicable business unit
• Participate in internal and external audits as requested
• Author and revise forms/SOPs as necessary
• Utilize environmental trending provided by hygienist to develop zone appropriate control measures
• Participant in product/process improvement and packaging material change projects
• Support MOC implementation
• Assist and support in all validation activities within the business unit
• Support and act as quality liaison for corporate AG/PTC projects within business unit including all FOC/SOC initiatives.
• Quality Compliance Auditor
• Develop, provide and facilitate Quality Training modules
• Coach for development and provide direction
• Supervises indirect Reports per BU with the following functions:
• In-Line Quality Testing - Training, Support, Auditing
• Semi-finished and Finished Products ' Sampling and Physical Testing
• Factory HACCP/QMS team member
• Prepares, reviews and audits reports and summaries of validation, in-line and finished product testing. Initiates and provides CAPA, Deviation and SCAR investigations and documentation as needed
• Quality liaison from business unit to Packaging Material & Ingredient Supplier
• Performs other roles as assigned
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of three to five years of related Quality experience
Supervisory experience
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related technical field

Employee must meet all requirements related to NQMS and ISO standards for Quality, Food Safety, Environmental Compliance and Occupational Health and Safety.
