- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience
- Will have a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Science preferably Food Science.
- Must have the ability to work self directed with little to no supervision in a results oriented environment.
- Understand food formulation and have experience conducting daily sensory analysis product validations.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required and experience working with ERP software a plus.

Individual will plan, coordinate and direct quality assurance HACCP programs designed to ensure food safety in a dry powder manufacturing environment. Responsible to insure SOP standards are followed by auditing and recognizing areas for improvement. Will directly supervise work of QC Supervisor and QC Coordinators.
