Job Description
Manages Sales Consultants to ensure consistent achievement of results; area sales volume, customer growth, ACP, and profitability goals which maximizes sales and profits for DS Waters. Provides management leadership and programs to ensure the Sales Consultants are able to perform against their objectives. Collaborates and negotiates with vendors, event operators, agencies to ensure coordination of resources required to support customer acquisition activities.
Directs and motivates the efforts of the front line Sales Consultants to acquire high quality, long term customers with appropriate ACP and cycle contracts. Sets and monitors daily customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, asset management and safety objectives, and provides reporting as required.
Directs the overall efforts to ensure the proper staffing of events, displays and venues are designed to attract public. Negotiates contracts, hires, and trains and monitors the efforts of both agency personnel and employees to ensure desired results are achieved within asset management and profitability guidelines.
