Individual will be responsible for overall performance and improvement in one of the major areas of the factory ( processing, packaging or maintenance) and managing one production shift including shift maintenance, sanitation, and safety . Individual will be required to learn and be efficient in the entire factory operation for cross functionality and growth opportunities.
Degree in any engineering field or food science and 2-5 years of supervisory experience in consumer product manufacturing is a MUST. Experience in any of the following areas is definitely a plus: roasting, high-speed packaging, food processing, automation, and project management. Bilingual and passionate about the beverage industry are desirable qualities.
