Job Requirements:
- Plan and conduct slicer technician technical training to include cross training activities
- Coordinate with Maintenance department the scheduling of all planned maintenance associated with slicing and packaging equipment
- Monitor and evaluate slicer technician job performance
- Participate in the selection process of individuals for slicer technician program
- Ensure slicer technicians are adhering to all safety regulations
- Ensure slicer technicians perform all administrative duties required in the performance of their job

West Liberty Foods is now hiring a Slicer Technician Coordinator. This position will conduct the training of new slicer technicians as well as evaluate the performance of current slicer technicians. The major areas of focus will include all technical training for the Weber slicers, as well as packaging machines and other equipment which supports slicing operations.
Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Technical competence in operations of Weber slicers and packaging machinery
- Previous demonstrated experience in Training setting
- Must be able to interface with other internal departments of organization such as Maintenance, HR, Training, and QA
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
