- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years solid sales experience
- 8+ years of CPG or Food & Beverage Industry Sales Experience
- 5+ years management experience, preferably with large groups or teams (50-100ppl)
- Sales and Expense Accountability - Minimum of $30M
- Must be open to relocation
- Strong Leadership Experience
- Clean driving record

Compensation Package:- Base (75-120k) depending on experience level and zone revenue
- Bonus target (20%)
- Position is company car eligible
Training Program Highlights:- 12-18 month Training Program as a designate (purpose is to learn the FL sales organization)
- Run a Route (learn different route types) approximately 3-4 months
- Run a District (understand the DSL role) approximately 2-3 months
- Run a mini-Zone (to determine readiness for Zone) approximately 3-4 months
- Sales training with HQ/Region leadership
- Mentorship with Region leadership and Zone Sales Leaders
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and expense accountability for approximately $75 - $120M in sales volume.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day sales, sales operations, logistics, inventory, scheduling, safety, training, and performance management/people development for 80-120 personnel.
- Establishing successful business partnerships with key retail customers.
