Here is an overview of the role: 1) Communicate with clients to understand and document the business objectives 2) Identify the most appropriate research methodology and techniques 3) Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle 4) Design research questionnaires and review guidelines 5) Work with Project Directors to oversee the fieldwork initiative 6) Interpret data, write reports and make actionable recommendations 7) Develop insights which would drive brand strategy and decision making by leveraging tracking data, secondary sources and competitive intelligence 8) Partner with consumer insights and brand partners to identify knowledge gaps and business questions to be addressed with tracking research 9) Establish a standardized approach for goal-setting and tracking of brand performance against key KPIs 10) Manage external vendor relationships through survey design and execution, analysis and reporting
