<![CDATA[ E-Business Merchandising Manager in Arlington, VA]]> Description:  POSITION SUMMARY: The eBusiness Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving best in class digital shelf presence for NUSA brands across all e-retailers and supporting account managers with best in class syndication process for e-content.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive best in class digital shelf presence across all e-retailers. - Collaborate with Vevey E-com Acceleration Team and Digital COE to develop best in class content/digital shelf guidance for NUSA, including KPIs to track. - Leverage digital shelf monitoring tool (e.g. Clavis) to track digital shelf KPIs (e.g. product assortment, e-content accuracy/integrity, discoverability) identify issues/opportunities, and develop action plans to address. - Collaborate with Account Managers, Digital strategists and Brand teams on specific action plans to improve our brands’ digital presence across e-retailers. - Create and update action oriented digital shelf scorecards for key e-retailers and brands. - Conduct periodic competitive reviews/benchmarking and introduce innovative/better approaches to digital shelf management to ensure NUSA is best in class on digital shelf initiatives. - Identify best solutions/vendors to partner with for content syndication and digital shelf monitoring, and enable & manage partnerships as warranted. - Create and execute learning plan to ensure we have thought leadership in digital shelf management. - Provide content and product information support for account managers. - Own and optimize item set-up form completion and upload/transmission process to tier 1 & 2 e-retailers. - Manage relationship with Kwikee/third party content syndicators and leverage their services to streamline and expedite content syndication to all accounts. - Create process for tracking all new product introductions and packaging/content changes and collaborate with Content team and Account Managers to ensure relevant/updated content is available and syndicated to e-retailers in a timely manner. - Represent eBusiness team in corporate projects involving content syndication (e.g. Smart label). - Supervise and Coach Direct Report. - Manage and coach direct report. - Create development plan and provide regular feedback to direct report. Requirements:  REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: - Bachelor’s degree required.  EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital shelf monitoring/management, e-content syndication to e-retailers, or digital/content strategy. - Experience in identifying right KPIs, creating/maintaining actionable scorecards and driving teams to act on recommended actions. - Experience working directly with e-retailers to influence their strategies (e.g. category leadership, content syndication). - Experience creating best practice playbooks. - Experience in mapping out processes, and recommending/implementing changes to improve.
