Description
1) Provide engineering and technical support to all departments in the plant 2) Monitor daily energy usage and compare goals 3) Develop energy conservation projects and associated energy savings 4) Manage plant capital projects and supervise up to 5 employees 5) Monitor energy performance on a daily basis and prepare daily energy usage reports 6) Review and analyze usage compared to past performance along with future goals 7) Prepare calculations on energy usage and projected energy savings on various projects 8) Review, discuss and pursue resolutions to plant operating problems requiring engineering solutions 9) Manage capital project designing, construction and controlling of related spending 10) Oversee preparation of the capital project budget 11) Review and approve requisitions for the purchase of material, equipment, labor etc., for capital projects 12) Attend daily staff and weekly shut down meetings 13) Report physically to the prime work location and visit other company facilities (as needed)

Critical Requirements:
1) Degree (4 year) in Engineering 2) Minimum 3 years of experience with an aptitude for engineering (preferred) 3) Prior experience in engineering for a food/beverage company
