1) Develop human resources policies and procedures 2) Establish performance management, improvement and grading systems 3) Set-up and administer compensation as well as benefits 4) Handle recruiting and staffing needs 5) Provide employee orientation, development and training 6) Oversee/manage employees and communicate effectively 7) Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvements and high performance 8) Review and get involved in safety issues

Critical Requirements:
1) Degree (4 year) in HR preferred 2) Minimum 7 years of experience with expertise in recruiting, training and workers compensation 3) Good people skills
