Description
1) Oversee the training and supervision of Production personnel
2) Review and coordinate production orders
3) Schedule and oversee shift operations and inspection processes
|
Critical Requirements:
1) Degree (4 year) preferred with an aptitude for mechanical/maintenance repair of food extrusion equipment
2) 3+ years of extrusion experience in the pet food industry
3) 3+ years of supervisory production experience in a food company
