Critical Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology or Food Science
5 Years Experience in food manufacturing/processing
In depth knowledge of GMP's/HACCP/FDA/USDA/SQF
Understanding of nut products, food safety, food quality, manufacturing/plant environment
