Description
•Assure the timely delivery of meals to the members in the correct order.
•Act as chief liaison between severs and kitchen to sort out any problems or miscommunications in order to deliver the best product possible.
•Operate as an expeditor to insure that meal deliveries are directed to the proper locations promptly.
•Assist with any requests made by the members at the time of food delivery.
•Be well versed in all menus in the dining rooms and be able to answer any member questions pertaining to the menus.
•Assist all co-workers to guarantee Granite gold service standards.
•Assist in any capacity as required or requested by management.
•Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness of the Bistro and Granite Dining Room.
•Assist in the stocking of stations, including the polishing of glasses silverware and roll ups.

Critical Requirements:
•Minimum Grade 12 Education, or in the process of attaining.
•Good communication skills with a good working knowledge of written and spoken English.
•Well groomed, mannerly, co-operative and outwardly friendly (team-oriented).
•Ability to work under periods of extreme pressure.
•Able to work split shifts - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
•Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and willingness to improve work techniques and a willingness to learn.
•Restaurant background an asset.
•Basic knowledge of P.O.S Systems, Abacus or equivalent an asset.
•Punctual and reliableWork Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays and split shifts
