JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is currently seeking a driven and ambitious Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional who has a go-getter attitude.

1) Oversee the operation to deliver superior guest service by planning, directing and manage the overall operations of multi-unit food and beverage concepts
2) Achieve business goals, develop and evaluate the operation and seek opportunities for continuous improvement
3) Prepare and review operating reports, provide leadership, coaching and development for management team
4) Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with airport management
5) Participate in the development and implementation of the annual budget, financial forecasts and other business goals, and direct unit management to ensure budgeted sales and profit targets are achieved
6) Review and analyze P&L statements and other operating reports
7) Manage unit management team to ensure compliance with applicable company standards, policies and objectives
8) Develop and manage relationships with airport management and applicable government authorities
9) Develop and maintain professional working relationships with joint venture partners and sub-tenants
10) Maintain knowledge and awareness of airport enplanement and activities and incorporates into business planning
11) Maintain existing and identify new business opportunities
12) Develop relationships with franchisors, if applicable and comply with operating procedures
13) Identify, select, develop and provide leadership and coaching for management team and training for associates
14) Communicate the company vision by maintaining effective communication and positive associate relations
15) Identify and participate in community involvement activities to demonstrate the company's commitment to community outreach programs
16) Perform all other responsibilities as directed by the business

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    2) Recent experience in the food & beverage industry is strongly preferred
    3) Preference will be given to people who have recent experience in restaurant management
