JOB DESCRIPTION

Partial Job Description 1) Manage and develop human resources effectively to produce the highest level of customer satisfaction 2) Maintain positive customer relations 3) Ensure quality products by daily and weekly inspections 4) Maintain restaurant cleanliness by inspecting the restaurant at least once a month 5) Identify ideal staffing needs for management and hourly employees in addition to developing a profile for each position 6) Monitor, participate and follow-up on the training and development 7) Hold weekly management meetings and provide bi-annual performance reviews for all employees as well as maintain accurate documentation 8) Observe and provide feedback on all store operations daily as well as communicate company policies and procedures in a timely manner 9) Maintain knowledge of company benefits and adequately inform employees as well as assist them 10) Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding minors, OSHA, EEO, overtime and minimum wage requirements 11) Monitor cash control, register procedures and guest check control in order to react on a timely basis and prevent any negative impact on profitability 12) Report accurate figures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 13) Use MBO process to identify and systematically work towards achieving store goals 14) Maintain the budgeted level of productivity and labor percent by doing weekly sales and labor projections 15) Maintain budget COS percent by monitoring production and promotional activity 16) Implement cost savings and preventive efficiency measures to minimize expenses 17) Develop marketing plans on quarterly basis outlining the expected objectives of each promotion 18) Follow through in supporting any company marketing efforts through proper display of POP and training of personnel. 19) Participate beyond in supporting positive community relations

  • Qualifications / Skills Required 1) Minimum 5 years of experience 2) Experience in QSR and casual dining 3) Experience in multi units 4) Ability to work in stressful physical and working conditions
