Territoire :  Rive-Sud (Rive-Sud de Montréal, de Trois-Rivières jusqu’à la frontière américaine)   ACTIVITÉS CLÉS : Développement des ventes auprès des différents créneaux de clients (distributeurs, utilisateurs et compte chaîne). Gérer divers dossiers (revue d’affaires, promotions, présentation et de l’éducation sur nos produits, etc.). Gérer les budgets promotionnels attribués aux différents dossiers. Administrer la structure de rabais/prix reliée à ses clients et faire les entrées au système. Présenter de nouveaux produits aux distributeurs et utilisateurs ainsi que faire des publipostages. Négocier des ententes (distributeurs et comptes utilisateurs) et  les amener à bon termes. Participer aux salons de vente. Préparer les activités du salon.  Assurer le suivi des requêtes utilisateurs après les salons. Travailler en collaboration avec les distributeurs et leurs départements des achats, de ventes, de marketing ainsi que leurs représentants sur la route. Créer des promotions auprès des distributeurs et de leur force de vente (allocations – rabais  promotionnelles). Développer des idées de mise en marché et de promotions pour la clientèle chaîne (i.e. mise sur pied d’idées menues). Proposer à Lassonde de nouveaux produits en fonction des besoins changeants de nos clients ainsi que des opportunités de marché. Gérer le plan de mise en marché client. Planifier et réserver les circulaires chez les distributeurs. Gérer les plaintes des clients. S’assurer d’un remboursement ou d’un remplacement de produit. Préparer et participer aux réunions mensuelles. Assurer le suivi pour les campagnes de financement, ainsi que les demandes de commandites provenant des différents intervenants. Informer Lassonde des activités de nos compétiteurs. Participer à diverses formations. Régler rapidement les erreurs sur l’ordre d’achat, commandes et produits en rupture de stock. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département des techniques marchandes. Assurer le suivi des comptes recevables-clients (distributeurs) et gérer les réclamations erronées de ceux-ci.
